Neil and Coni have cherished their decades in the Central Pinellas Coastal area, building lasting friendships and making fond memories. They embrace the coastal lifestyle with boating, fishing, and relaxing golf cart rides to the beach and local restaurants, accompanied by their Boxer, Delilah. Their love of travel has taken them to the mountains of North Carolina, a recent tour of Spain, France, and Italy, and a particularly breathtaking vacation to Alaska. Neil, originally from Pensacola, has traveled widely due to his Naval family. He settled in Florida in 1986, where he built a successful career in electronics and recently retired from a Marine LED lighting and controls business in Clearwater. Coni, a Louisiana native and LSU graduate, began her Florida journey in 1987. Her career path included roles as a paralegal, business owner, and real estate agent marketer, before discovering her passion in real estate. Recognizing the need for home care services for her out-of-town clients, she and Neil decided to combine their expertise. Together, they founded Landmark Home Watch, a business dedicated to providing comprehensive home care for homeowners while they are away.
